  27. In Win95, you set the modem settings in the control panel, modems
  28. button.  On one of the Advanced Settings screens, you will find a
  29. box where you can enter additional modem initiation info.  Put the
  30. commands you want there, but DO NOT include the leading "AT" -- 
  31. Win95 adds that automatically.
